The methods of correction of eversion are: V-Y advancing flap, Z plasty, nasolabial groove flap, rectangular buccal and cervical flap, full-thickness flap repair and so on. 1, "Z" plastic surgery and correction: suitable for mild valgus deformity caused by strip scar traction. 2. "V-Y" sliding flap correction: it is suitable for eversion caused by small skin defect of upper and lower lips. 3. Correction of nasolabial groove flap: it is suitable for the valgus deformity of upper and lower lip with wide defect range, deep scar and difficult to achieve satisfactory results with free skin grafting.
