Zhuhai airport

Zhuhai Airport is located in Jinwan District, Zhuhai City, on the west bank of the Pearl River Estuary. It is planned, designed and built according to ICAO4E standard. Opened to traffic in June 1995. The runway and taxiway with a length of 4,000m will be built in the first phase, which can meet the take-off and landing requirements of large passenger and cargo aircraft such as B747-400.

The apron covers an area of 685,000 square meters, with 17 covered bridge seats and 9 remote seats. The wharf covers an area of 9 1.600 square meters. The annual support capacity is: aircraft take-off and landing 6,543,800 times, passenger throughput 6,543,802 times, cargo and mail throughput 600,000 tons, take-off and landing 23 times in peak hours and passenger throughput 5,000 times.
