1, self-falling concrete mixer
Its mixing drum is placed according to the principle of vertical mixing. With the rotation of the mixing drum, the concrete mixture turns over and stirs in the drum in a free-falling way, so as to achieve the purpose of stirring. Self-falling concrete mixers are mostly used to mix plastic concrete and low fluidity concrete. Drum and blade wear less, easy to clean, but power consumption is high and efficiency is low. Generally, the mixing time of a self-falling mixer is 90- 120S/ plate. This kind of mixer has great wear on concrete aggregate, which affects the quality of concrete.
2. Forced concrete mixer
There are several groups of blades in the mixing drum. When stirring, the blades rotate around the vertical axis or the horizontal axis, and the materials are forcibly stirred until they are evenly stirred. This kind of concrete mixer has a strong mixing effect. It is suitable for mixing hard concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete, and can also be used for mixing low fluidity concrete. It has the advantages of good mixing quality, fast mixing speed, simple operation and safety. But the parts are badly worn. Generally, high-strength alloy steel or other wear-resistant materials are needed for lining, which is mostly used in centralized mixing stations or prefabricated plants.
Concrete mixer is a machine that mixes cement, sand aggregate and water to make concrete mixture. It is mainly composed of mixing drum, feeding and discharging mechanism, water supply system, prime mover, transmission mechanism, frame and supporting device.
