What is the structure of the punch press? What is its principle?
The side of the punch is a punch that cuts the feeding positioning gap on the side of the strip (belt, coil). The side pressure plate is a plate-like component that presses one side of a strip (belt or coil) through a spring to urge the other side to abut against the guide plate. The ejector pin is a rod-shaped part, which directly or indirectly ejects the workpiece (sequence) or sequence material through upward action. The top plate is a plate-shaped part that moves in the mold or module, and directly or indirectly ejects the workpiece (sequence) or waste through upward action (see introduction). Gear ring (see introduction). The limiting sleeve is a tubular part, which is used to limit the minimum closing height of the mold. The limit column is a cylindrical part, which is used to limit the minimum closing height of the mold. Positioning pin (plate). The punch fixing plate is a plate-shaped part used to fix the punch. The fixed stripper (see introduction of stripper) is a stripper fixed on the mold. The fixed stop pin (plate) is the fixed stop pin in the mold. The unloader is a non-plate part or device that unloads the workpiece (sequence) from the outer surface of the punch. Unloading screws are screws fixed on elastic unloading plates (see introduction). Sheet metal stamping process die is a stamping die that only completes one process in one stroke of the press. There are two kinds of waste cutters (see the introduction of waste cutters). Combined die is a set of universal and adjustable dies that gradually form various stamping parts according to geometric characteristics (straight line, angle, arc and hole). Generally, the outline of plane stamping parts needs several pairs of combined dies to be punched several times. The initial stop pin (plate) is a part used for positioning when feeding the initial end of the material (see introduction). Block is a variety of assembled parts, forming a complete female die, male die, discharging plate or fixing plate. Stop (see introduction). Blocks (plates) are usually used with sides.
