Requesting FV520B impeller repair welding process

FV520B chemical composition:

C: 0.04- 0.07, Cr: 13~14.5, Ni: 5~6, Mo: 1.3~1.8, Cu: 1.3~1.8, Mn: _ 1, No 0.25~0.45. Si 5 0.7, S and P: 0.03,

Heat treatment:

1050℃ solid solution treatment + 850℃ intermediate treatment + 470℃ aging FV520B The strength of steel reaches its maximum value = FV520B

FV520B characteristics:

FV520B has excellent low-temperature mechanical properties and has good low-temperature tensile properties under high-temperature tempering. When cooled to liquid nitrogen temperature, the mechanical properties at room temperature are still maintained. Why is this happening? Because FV520B steel grade has austenite with this inverter performance. During low-temperature deformation, austenite changes to martensite, and the strength is greatly increased. Austenite with different inversions has different strengths.

The FV520B martensitic stainless steel developed in the UK has the characteristics of high strength, high toughness, high wear resistance, and high corrosion resistance. The welding performance is also very good.
