What's the difference between a so-called shemale and a transsexual?
definition

Shemale (Thai name: GRATEAI. English: shemale mainly refers to a man who specializes in acting and developed from taking estrogen at an early age. Some of them are transsexuals (external genitals have been operated on), and most of them are "men", but their breasts are swollen and their waist is slender, and they have completely lost their fertility (they can also ejaculate). Most of them are beautiful, and the only difference from women in appearance is that they usually have big hands and feet, which can be recognized by voice. Most of these people are concentrated in Thailand, and we call them "shemale". The shemale was originally called by Hong Kong and Taiwan. In some areas, they are called "red artists" because most transvestites live by singing and dancing. Due to the special social environment and reasons, transvestites are mainly turned into entertainment objects for people to enjoy, and the bitterness of their lives is self-evident. Older transvestites are developing into clowns, and the audience in Doby depends on God to give them a symmetrical and thin skeleton. Otherwise, no matter how good-looking she is, she can't be the best actress. She can only walk on or develop into a clown. The performances of the shemale show, including national dances and representative songs from various countries, not only attracted tourists, but also attracted local people. In addition to enjoying the luxurious song and dance performances, you can also see ordinary dancers performing comedies.

But the legal definition of a shemale is male. Not male or female, which also happens to be in line with the name "shemale" itself. In Thailand, you can meet a shemale almost anywhere, but you just can't tell the difference. Thai shemale is mainly concentrated in Bangkok and Pattaya, especially Pattaya. Pattaya is a famous tourist destination in Thailand. It is famous for its beautiful natural scenery and unpolluted coastline. It is surrounded by mountains and seas, and the climate is pleasant all the year round. There are two famous shemale song and dance troupes in the city, and you can see the highest level of shemale art performances. Transgender "transsexuality" is a common name for transsexuals in medicine, which belongs to sexual identity disorder.

Formation of heterosexuality

Transsexuals generally have sexual identity disorders since childhood, and their adolescent psychology is reversed. They constantly feel the contradiction or disharmony between their biological gender and psychological gender, and strongly demand to change their sexual anatomical structure through sex-change surgery. When the requirements of transsexuality are not met, it will often be extremely painful because of inner contradictions, and even lead to self-harm and suicide.

Heterosexuality is very common.

Transsexualism is widespread all over the world and can be seen in different nationalities and occupations, and patients' life experiences, cultural backgrounds and social conditions are also different.

Four characteristics of transsexuality

1, I am sure I am of the opposite sex;

2. Claiming that he is the opposite sex, but his physical development is not the opposite sex;

3. Ask medicine to change the body and become the gender it recognizes;

4. I hope that people around me will accept themselves according to the gender they have experienced.

A transsexual patient undergoing transsexual surgery is a transsexual person.

Therefore, transsexuals only have a psychological desire for "transsexuality", and only after transsexual surgery can they be truly called "transsexuals". However, in reality, people often make no strict distinction between transsexuals and transsexuals, and only use the word "transsexual" in medical analysis.

Causes of degeneration

There are basically two kinds, one is internal, which is caused by biological factors, or it is determined by DNA in a sense; The second is acquired education, mainly influenced by parents or guardians.

First, it is caused by biological factors.

Professor He Qinglian, a famous plastic surgery expert in China, believes that transsexuality should be more accurately called degenerative disease, because only in this way can the characteristics of the disease be accurately expressed, and degenerative diseases should be caused by biological factors rather than subjective factors. Addiction refers to an acquired habit.

Numerous case data show that sexually transmitted diseases are congenital, not long-term habits. The operation that ordinary people fear and avoid is regarded as happiness and luck, and cannot be an addiction.

The brain structure of transgender people is different from that of ordinary people.

At the end of last century, a paper by Dr. Zhou Jianglin of Anhui Medical University aroused strong repercussions in the international medical community, which added a powerful weight to the biological explanation of transsexuality. Through in-depth study of the brains of six transgender people, he found that there is a nucleus in the hypothalamus called "the central area of the bed nucleus of the stria terminalis", which is related to human gender identity. The nucleus of ordinary men is 44% larger than that of ordinary women, while the nucleus of transgender people is only 52% of that of ordinary men, which is similar to that of ordinary women. This result proves for the first time that the brain structure of transgender people is different from that of ordinary people from a biological point of view.

Second, because of improper sex education.

Dr. Chen Huanran, director of the Center for Gender Remodeling in Plastic Surgery Hospital, said that he has to have this sex-change operation twice a week, and it has been five years since he made an appointment to register. However, he said, 30% of transgender people received the wrong sex education in early childhood.

According to Dr. Chen, there are five types of people who have sex-change surgery in the gender reshaping center: congenital degeneration, yin-yang malformation, acquired degeneration (gender designation error), people with ambiguous sexual characteristics caused by trauma, and people with congenital unclear sexual characteristics. Among them, 30% of transgender people are caused by the wrong gender designation. If parents guide them correctly from an early age, they can avoid the pain of their children all their lives.

Dr. Chen explained that some parents raise their children according to their own preferences. For example, if a boy is beautiful, he will dress up as a girl, and if he likes his son, he will dress up as a boy. Although adults think it's funny, some studies show that human beings' self-enlightenment on gender begins at the age of 2 to 3, so parents' special hobbies often lead to unhealthy gender induction for their children, and when they grow up, they will easily become patients with gender identity psychological disorder-acquired transsexualism.

In addition, inexperienced obstetricians are also the "initiators" of acquired degeneration. Dr. Chen said that some babies are born with congenital dysplasia with gender characteristics. Obstetricians who are eager to fill in the birth certificate will judge "male or female" according to their common sense. "If it is right, it will be fine." He said, "But if you are wrong, then the child will not be a man or a woman in the future." In fact, this kind of mistake can be avoided. Dr. Chen said that even if the baby can't see the gender at birth, then the doctor can follow up regularly. "Maybe after a while, the gender characteristics of children will be clear."

Dr. Chen also believes that the current imbalance of teachers' gender ratio also misleads boys' gender cognition. "There are only aunts in kindergartens and all female teachers in primary schools." He said, "Boys who grow up in this environment tend to be more feminine than masculine."

With the progress of society, more and more transgender people have entered people's field of vision, and people have begun to slowly accept this group that has been drifting away from the marginal society. But in general, their social treatment needs more attention.
