At present, there are different kinds of private hospitals in China, some of which are very formal, and some of which are criticized by Putian Department. As far as I know, Aier in Changsha and Kang Hua in Dongguan (I am familiar with them, but there are quite a few) started with master's and doctor's degrees. Therefore, the recruitment requirements are not necessarily lower than those of the public, but the whole country will be lower than the public.
