I. Introduction of the Recruiting Unit

The school runs schools in Qingdao, Tai 'an and Jinan. The school currently has 4, students, including more than 5,9 doctoral and master students. There are more than 2,8 faculty members, including 268 professors. II. Recruitment positions and number of people

According to the requirements of the Notice of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Issues Concerning Public Recruitment of Staff in Provincial Institutions in 217, our school plans to openly recruit 7 senior professional and technical staff, 19 intermediate professional and technical staff, 36 junior professional and technical staff and 18 junior management staff for the society. Third, the recruitment conditions

(1) Basic conditions

2. Qualification examination

Examination is divided into written examination and interview.

1. Senior positions and intermediate positions for doctoral recruitment

According to the relevant regulations on open recruitment of provincial institutions, after approval, the recruitment of senior positions and intermediate positions for doctoral recruitment can be organized by simplified procedures and direct interviews, and the interview results are the total scores.

The interview methods for each position are:

Teacher position. By means of trial lecture and defense, the scores of trial lecture and defense account for 5% respectively, which mainly test the professional theoretical knowledge, scientific research ability and teaching level of candidates.

teaching assistant position. Professional skills test and defense are adopted, and the scores of professional skills test and defense account for 5% respectively, which mainly test the professional theoretical knowledge, skill operation and comprehensive quality of candidates.

The total interview score is 1 points, and the interview results are calculated to two decimal places, with the mantissa rounded off. Set an interview score of 6 points, and only those who reach the interview score can enter the scope of investigation. The specific time and place of the interview will be notified separately.

2. Other positions

Take a combination of written examination and interview.

(1) written test

The written test content of the applied teacher position and teaching assistant position is the professional knowledge required for the position; The written test content of applying for the position of counselor is the relevant knowledge of counselor's professional ability; The written examination for management positions includes basic knowledge of public affairs, including laws and regulations, political and economic theories, current policies, scientific and technological knowledge, and comprehensive writing. After the written test, the written test results will be announced in time. The time and place of the written test are published in the talent recruitment column () on the website of Shandong University of Science and Technology.

the total score of written test is 1, and the passing score of written test is 6. Candidates who have reached the written test score line will determine the interview candidates and publish the list of candidates according to the recruitment plan and recruitment position according to the written test scores from high to low in accordance with the prescribed proportion; If there are vacancies in the number of qualified written tests, the recruitment will be cancelled; Can not reach the prescribed proportion, according to the actual number of qualified people to determine.

(2) Interview

after the examination, the total examination scores of candidates shall be calculated by a percentage system according to the proportion of written test scores and interview scores of 5% respectively. The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. If the total scores of candidates in the same recruitment plan are tied, the candidates will be determined according to the written test scores from high to low.

(IV) Investigation and physical examination

According to the recruitment position, according to the total test scores of the candidates, the candidates who entered the investigation scope were determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.5 of the number of recruits from high to low. The school set up a physical examination team to be responsible for the physical examination. The investigation was carried out by consulting files, individual conversations and expert review, mainly focusing on its ideological and political performance, moral quality and academic level.

If re-examination is required according to regulations, it should be carried out in another county-level hospital, and the re-examination can only be carried out once, and the result will be subject to the re-examination conclusion.

if the applicant fails to attend the physical examination at the specified time and place, it will be deemed as giving up automatically. Vacancies caused by abandonment of inspection, physical examination qualification or unqualified inspection and physical examination can be filled in equal amounts in turn from those who enter the inspection scope of the same post.

(V) Publicizing employment

The candidates who have passed the examination, inspection and physical examination shall be publicized on the website of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for 7 working days. If there is no objection to the publicity, it shall be submitted to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for examination and filing. If it meets the employment conditions, it shall issue the Notice on the Filing of Recruiters in Institutions, and go through the relevant formalities with the Notice on the Filing of Recruiters in Institutions. The employing unit and the employed personnel shall sign employment contracts in accordance with the regulations to establish personnel relations. The employed personnel shall be given a probation period according to the regulations, and they shall be formally employed after the expiration of the probation period, and the employment contract shall be terminated if they are unqualified.
