Common surgical indications include not only congenital earlobe that is too big, too small, too long, too pointed or earlobe that is cracked, but also acquired earlobe injury and earlobe laceration. All of them are operable, and ideal and beautiful ear shapes can be obtained through plastic surgery. However, it should be noted that the earlobe is a place where keloids are prone to occur.
