Grade 5.5: most of the organs are defective or obviously deformed, with serious dysfunction or complications, generally dependent on medical treatment and taking care of themselves;
Grade 6.6: most of the organs are defective or obviously deformed, with moderate dysfunction or complications, generally dependent on medical treatment and taking care of themselves;
Grade 7.7: most of the organs are defective or deformed, with mild dysfunction or complications, general medical dependence and self-care;
Grade 8.8: partial organ defect, abnormal morphology, mild dysfunction, medical dependence and self-care;
Grade 9.9: those with partial organ defects, abnormal morphology, mild functional impairment, no medical dependence and self-care;
10 grade, 10 grade: partial organ defect, abnormal morphology, no dysfunction, no medical dependence and self-care;
Secondly, according to the fact that work-related injuries and occupational diseases can affect every system and organ, the disability assessment criteria should cover the main clinical disciplines, and the clinical sciences similar or related to human organ systems should be divided into five parts. That is, neurology, neurosurgery, psychiatry, orthopedics, plastic surgery, burns, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, stomatology, general surgery, thoracic surgery, and urogenital medicine, including gynecology and occupational diseases. According to the classification principle of the items and degree of disability caused by work-related injuries, and considering the balance of various categories, the disability level is divided into one to ten levels. The heaviest is level 1, and the lightest is level 10;
Thirdly, according to the disability status of the injured in road traffic accidents, the degree of disability of the injured is divided into 10 grade, from 1 grade (100%) to X grade (10%) with a difference of 10%.
Personal injury forensic identification procedures:
1. Apply for identification. Technical appraisal is divided into two types: application appraisal and entrustment appraisal. The parties apply for appraisal, and the unit entrusts appraisal. The application must be made in writing and provide relevant materials;
2. Pay the appraisal fee. If the applicant or the client requests appraisal, he must pay the appraisal fee in accordance with the charging standards stipulated by the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government while highlighting the application. After collecting the appraisal fee, the technical appraisal institution must issue a formal invoice to the applicant or the client. When applying for re-appraisal, the appraisal fee must be paid again;
3. Accept the case. After receiving the written application submitted by the applicant or the client and the appraisal fee paid, the case has been accepted, and the appraisal preparation shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions from the date of acceptance;
4. Make an appraisal conclusion. The appraiser makes an appraisal conclusion;
5. Inform the appraisal conclusion in writing. Once the appraisal conclusion is formed, it will be sent to the applicant or the client as soon as possible in the form of standardized official documents within the prescribed time limit.
