What's the difference between die casting and drawing? How to distinguish them from each other in appearance?
First of all, die casting parts are made of black or non-ferrous alloy metal with good fluidity at high temperature, and drawing parts are generally made of black or non-ferrous alloy metal with good plastic deformation ability at constant temperature or low temperature. Secondly, in terms of technology, die castings are produced by one-time casting at high temperature, and drawing parts are produced by plastic deformation of black or non-ferrous alloy metal materials with one or more sets of dies on stamping equipment. And because the two materials are different, the application occasions are different. From the appearance, the shape of die casting can be more complex and can be used to produce irregular shapes with different cross sections, while the shape of drawing parts can be more complex but the cross sections of raw materials used are basically the same (except for the thickness change caused by the process).
