Known as the "First Hospital in Southern Hunan", the First Affiliated Hospital of South China University is located at the intersection of Zhengxiang North Road and Chuanshan Road in Hengyang City. Formerly the First Affiliated Hospital of Hengyang Medical College. It is a provincial general hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching and scientific research. 1994 was awarded the title of "Class III A Hospital" by the Ministry of Health, and it is the leading hospital in southern Hunan.
