The overall design of 300TW laser device has carefully integrated many latest research results of femtosecond laser technology and high-power solid-state laser technology, and its overall performance and technical indicators have reached the international leading level. A new technical means of precise adjustment of pulse compression system is created, and the super-Gaussian beam shaping and image shifting technology are introduced into femtosecond laser system for the first time, and the best beam focusing characteristics and pulse compression characteristics of similar laser devices in the world are obtained. The device has three output stages of 5TW, 30TW and 300TW, and each gradation has an experimental target room, which can meet the different needs of various application studies. The equipment was manufactured in early 2004. Up to now, it has provided many rounds of shooting operations for physics experiments, which has withstood the test of high power output for a long time. It is the only femtosecond laser device in the world that can stably run at 100 TW output power.
