The main purpose of strategic design is to evaluate the key factors affecting the current and future development of enterprises and determine the specific influencing factors in the strategic selection steps.
Strategic evaluation analysis includes three main aspects:
First, determine the mission and goals of the enterprise. They are the basis of enterprise strategy formulation and evaluation.
Second, the external environment analysis. Strategic analysis should understand what changes are taking place in the environment (including macro and micro environment) where enterprises are located, and whether these changes will bring more opportunities or more threats to enterprises.
Third, analysis of internal conditions. Strategic analysis should also understand the relative position of the enterprise itself, what resources and strategic capabilities it has; It is also necessary to understand the interests related to the enterprise and the interest expectations of stakeholders, how these stakeholders will react in the process of strategy formulation, evaluation and implementation, and what impact and constraints these reactions will have on organizational behavior.
