3. Job Responsibilities
1. Teach the main courses of this discipline;
2. Host important scientific research projects at the provincial and municipal levels;

4. Recruitment conditions
(1) Recruitment conditions for full-time high-level talents:
1. Working in the front line of teaching and scientific research, generally 50 years old Below (not more than 55 years old under special circumstances).
2. Generally, applicants should have a master's degree or above and a professional title of associate professor or above.
3. Be competent in teaching core courses.
4. Have high academic attainments and have made important achievements in scientific research.
5. Have development potential, have innovative ideas for the construction and academic research of this discipline, and have the ability to lead this discipline to catch up with or maintain the provincial advanced level in its frontier fields.
6. Have a strong sense of responsibility and mission, rigorous scholarship; have a spirit of unity and collaboration and corresponding organizational and management capabilities.
(2) Recruitment conditions for part-time special high-level talents:
1. Working on the front line of teaching and scientific research, under 55 years old (not more than 60 years old under special circumstances).
2. Possess a master's degree or above, and have the title of professor or researcher.
3. Have high academic attainments and have made important achievements in scientific research.
4. Have innovative ideas for the construction and academic research of this discipline, and have the ability to lead this discipline to catch up with or maintain the provincial advanced level in its frontier fields.
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and mission, be rigorous in scholarship, have a spirit of unity and collaboration and have corresponding organizational and management capabilities.
6. Be able to work in a part-time high-level talent special position for at least 3 months every year.
5. Related benefits
1. Specially hired high-level talents will enjoy special high-level talent position allowances during the employment period. The original wages, insurance, benefits and other benefits will still be paid by the original unit.
2. The position allowance for full-time or part-time specially hired high-level talents is based on a 1:1 ratio, with 50% of the total amount paid by municipal special funds and 50% of the total amount paid by the school.
3. During the employment period, the college will provide assistants for specially recruited high-level talents and provide good working and living conditions.
6. Appointment Procedures
1. For the approved special recruitment positions for high-level talents, our hospital openly recruits qualified candidates from all over the city. The Human Resources Office is specifically responsible for accepting registration applications from both inside and outside the school.
2. According to the establishment of special posts in our hospital announced by the Municipal Education Bureau, applicants should submit a written application to our hospital and submit the "Recommendation Form for Specially Recruited High-Level Talent Candidates", providing their work and study information. Resume, representative achievements, work plan, work and living conditions required by the college, etc.
3. The Academic Affairs Office, Scientific Research Office and Personnel Office of our school will organize experts to conduct a preliminary evaluation of the candidates and put forward the opinions of peer experts and the school.
4. The Dean’s Office will review the candidates based on the preliminary evaluation opinions and submit them to the Municipal Education Bureau for approval.
5. The college and the applicant sign an employment contract, which stipulates the employment period, the rights and obligations of both parties, as well as the responsibilities to be performed during the term and the term responsibility objectives. Specially appointed positions are assessed regularly according to regulations. For details of the assessment methods, please refer to Document No. 39 of Zheng Jiao [2004]. When the employment period expires, the employment contract will be automatically terminated.
7. Schedule
(1) The first phase: June 12-23, publish the "Implementation Opinions on the Recruitment of High-Level Talent Special Positions of Zhengzhou Shengda College of Economics and Trade Management" 》, applicants can register.

2. Information required for registration:
(1) "Recommendation Form for Specially Recruited High-Level Talent Candidates" in quadruplicate.
(2) Submit four copies of supporting materials such as relevant certificates, scientific research achievements, academic achievements, awards and honorary titles filled in the "Recommendation Form" (see the attachment for format requirements of supporting materials), All original supporting materials must be inspected by the Higher Education Office of Zhengzhou Municipal Education Bureau before being collected by the candidate himself.
(2) The second stage: From June 24th to 27th, our college will conduct a preliminary evaluation of the applicants, put forward evaluation opinions, and report to the Higher Education Office of the Municipal Education Bureau on June 30th.
(3) The third stage: After the Municipal Education Bureau completes the re-evaluation and approval work, the college will appoint the candidate.
