The specific steps are as follows:

1. First, open the 3dmax software and import the built model. You can build it yourself or download it yourself, but now the model is static because the object can't move. If you want it to move, you need to build a skeleton for the model, as shown in the figure below, and then go to the next step.

2. Second, look at the toolbar on the right. The last line of the second line is like two pinion buttons. This is the system button. Click on the pictures below, bones and BIPE.

? Bones are used for local animation, while Biped is a CS bone used for biped animation. Select a mannequin, as shown below, and then go to the next step.

3. Then after completing the above steps, independently bape, drag the left mouse button in the front view, and then drag out the skeleton pair similar to the model, as shown in the figure below, and then enter the next step.

4. Then, observe the model with a few fingers and toes to see the trunk type on the right side of the screenshot. You can directly modify the quantity of each part according to the corresponding part quantity of the model. For example, the model has four fingers, if it is changed to four fingers, it will become four fingers if you look at the bones, and so on, all of which need to be revised. Models wear shoes, so they don't need to change their toes, as shown below.

5. Then, select the tool to select the model, and the model will be displayed in white. Right-click to freeze the inspection, transparent inspection to prevent the wrong model from being selected when selecting bones, and adjust the bones for easy observation. First drag the bones into the model. These four views are roughly aligned, and the details need to be adjusted separately, as shown in the figure below, and then go to the next step.

6. Then, after completing the above steps, select any part of the bone, and the toolbar on the right will be displayed, using body mode, etc. To turn on body mode first, you must turn it on first. Click Select and move the tool, and see that my leg has moved to this position, as shown in the figure below, and then go to the next step.

7. Finally, after completing the above steps, in addition to the initial position that needs to be adjusted, it is sometimes necessary to zoom in. The collarbone and arm are not correct, so you need a zoom tool. The picture above is from the neck. Now, the neck is bigger and the head is raised, as shown below. In this way, the problem is solved.
