1. After the operation, the patient took a semi-supine position, and the upper arm movement was restricted for 10 ~ 14 days to prevent the prosthesis from shifting. 48 hours after operation, the drainage strip was taken out to check the position of the wound and breast prosthesis. If the prosthesis is found to be displaced or asymmetrical on both sides, it should be fixed with dressing after manipulation adjustment.

2. Use antibiotics according to the doctor's advice after operation, and pay attention to the wound. In the case of severe infection, the prosthesis must be removed and operated alone.

3. Take out stitches 7 days after operation. After the stitches are removed, patients should wear tights and plastic bras, and it is forbidden to wear ordinary bras to prevent the prosthesis from deforming. It is forbidden to do strenuous exercise within 1 month after operation.

4. After the stitches are removed, you can do breast massage. As the incision heals, you can gradually increase the intensity of massage. It may be painful to do local massage early after operation. Don't give up massage because of the pain. One month after operation, you can do chest expansion, arm lifting, conscious deep breathing and other chest activities. We should persist for more than half a year. The above measures can effectively reduce the degree of muscle fiber bundle contracture, prevent breast from hardening, and maintain a good feel of breast.
