Is Russian purple sugar produced in Shanghai?
Russian purple sugar is not produced in Shanghai. Authentic Russian purple sugar is produced in two places, one in Russia and the other in Kazakhstan. It tastes different. Russia tastes sweet, while Kazakhstan tastes bitter.

If it is imported from Russia, its main consumers and manufacturers should all be Russians, and the words on the package are of course pure Russian.

Russian purple sugar practice

White sugar, brown sugar, whipped cream or milk, vegetable oil or butter and salt water are put into a pot, boiled and chopped, evenly mixed, poured into a mold for molding, aired for a while, and then cut into strips if it is not too hot or too soft. Don't let it cool completely, or it won't cut.

Chocolate melts in water, and toffee is wrapped in chocolate sauce to make it cool. It tastes a bit like purple sugar. The first two pieces were not covered with chocolate sauce, and the last piece was covered with chocolate sauce. After I put it in the quick freezer, the chocolate solidified. Delicious and simple.

I didn't weigh it specifically. I put about a third of the water in it, and then cream or milk is about twice as much as the two kinds of sugar. The oil is just right, about one or two grams of salt. Put nuts according to personal preference. It doesn't matter a little more or less.
