In general, the outermost nostril does not exceed the vertical line of the inner canthus, otherwise the alar will be enlarged. When the alar is wide, the nostrils will appear very large. If the nose is wide, even if the nose is not low, it will appear very low. When the nose is lower and the alar is slightly wider, only rhinoplasty can achieve the natural effect of narrowing the alar.
