Magnets must be carefully handled and flattened (they can be molded with magnetic steel molding fixture equipment). All magnets should be aligned as much as possible and carefully placed in each magnetic steel plate. Be careful not to hurt your hand.
Magnetic pole feed
The feeding of magnetic poles cannot be reversed, and the magnetic poles of each slot should be separated. Operators need to know the magnetic poles, and they must not be wrong, otherwise there will be problems.
Magnetic insertion speed control
The insertion speed of the magnet should be controlled well. Some products can be faster, while others need to be slower. It can be controlled by stepping or servo motor to ensure the magnetic insertion accuracy.
Alignment check
Embedded and surface-mounted magnets (magnetic steel) shall be aligned to meet the requirements of magnetic insertion, and shall not be damaged or replaced.
