The Third People's Hospital of lincang, also known as lincang Psychiatric Hospital, was formerly a specialized hospital of lincang Psychiatric Hospital. Founded in 1999, it is the only professional institution for the prevention and treatment of mental diseases in seven counties and one district of the city. Responsible for the prevention and treatment of mental illness and leprosy, and responsible for the screening, diagnosis, management and rescue of patients with severe mental disorders in the city. The provincial health department assessed it as a tertiary specialized hospital, which belongs to a public welfare institution. There are 13 departments in the hospital, including office, medical department, finance department, agricultural association, general affairs department, project office, intensive care unit, outpatient department and inpatient department (4 wards).
