Summer is coming, and the weather is very hot. We take out the electric fan without air conditioning, but the electric fan is in use. Sometimes there will always be problems of one kind or another. Plug in the electric fan, and it won't turn, or it turns slowly, or it shakes its head sensitively. Whenever you sweat, you can't handle it well. Now let's talk about the situation where the fan doesn't shake its head. In this case, how should we deal with the fault?

The reason why the fan doesn't shake its head

One of the reasons for not shaking your head is that shaking your head is blocked, which is caused by the deformation and bending of the connecting rod. At this time, there will be a bang, and the deformed connecting rod can be removed and taken out after shaping.

Second, the transmission is out of order, so that the power cannot be transmitted. Can check the toothed bar, swing plate, gearbox, clutch, etc. If it is found that there are phenomena such as falling off, foreign objects stuck, and serious wear and tear, it is necessary to eliminate or replace the lost parts.

3. Most electric fans use oil-bearing which is usually a powder metallurgy product. Tightly wrapped in the oil hole inside the bearing for lubrication. When the electric fan works, the temperature of the motor rises, and the friction between the rotating shaft and the bearing generates heat, which will gradually consume lubricating oil. If the lubricating oil is not properly replenished, the fan motor will not be able to maintain normal operation, and the speed will be reduced or even turned, thus burning out the motor. During the use of the electric fan, you can refuel the electric fan from the oil filler every 1 ~ 2 months. Sewing machine oil or spindle oil can be used.

Four, the reducer of electric fan uses lubricating oil (industrial vaseline or calcium-based grease), which is usually replaced once every 3 ~ 4 years. When replacing, first remove the back cover, remove the balance key, then remove the gearbox cover, gently scrape off the old grease inside with a small bamboo lamp tool, then clean it with clean gasoline, and then add a proper amount of new grease.

Precautions:

Shaking head is not only caused by the broken wire rope or loose head in remote control clutch or shaking head control device. If the steel wire breaks, a new steel wire flexible shaft can be replaced. If the tie head is loose, just re-fix the metal head of the casing.

There are two kinds of shaking control, one is to drive the connecting rod to shake its head through the reduction gear, that is, the gear will slip without shaking its head. The other is that the synchronous motor directly controls the fan to shake its head. In addition to the vibration motor itself, it is also possible that the control circuit and switch are broken. If it is a remote control fan, it may also be a problem with the driving transistor.
