2. According to the design requirements, cut the aluminum gusset plate into pieces with scissors. The size and shape of the fragments should match the style of the horn.
3. If necessary, use a fine file and sandpaper to polish the edge of the aluminum gusset plate to make it smoother and avoid scratching your hands.
4. Fix the aluminum gusset plates together with rivets or glue to form the basic shape of the horn. When using rivets, make sure they are firmly connected.
