Who are the earliest * * * production party organizations in Sichuan? What time?
Chongqing Report describes that Chongqing, a secluded place in the southwest, established the producer organization of * * * earlier than Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and other early organizations. Its beliefs, short-term goals, organization scale, organization and distribution range are very specific and comprehensive. According to the report, on March 1920, "Chongqing * * * Productive Organization of Sichuan Province" was established. The organization was founded by some teachers who supported Marxism, and later a group of workers joined it, consisting of nearly 40 full members and a group of alternate members. The organizational structure includes secretariat, publicity, finance and publishing departments, with branches in western Sichuan, southwestern Sichuan, southeastern Sichuan, northern Sichuan and eastern Sichuan. According to the report, there were five producers' organizations in Sichuan Province at that time, which were located in Chengdu, Xufu (Yibin), Yazhou (Ya 'an), Shunqing (Nanchong) and Chongqing, and Chongqing was the "general organization" and "formal organization" of this organization.

According to the report, this organization publicly declared that "* * * productism is a means to fight evil now and in the future, our enemy has established a democratic regime, and we will use * * * productism to fight against democratic ideas"; It is advocated that "the existing troops dedicated to protecting imperialists and capitalists should be abolished and the Red Army team should be established to replace them." They believe that "our organization shoulders such a great responsibility, so its members must strive to build it into an advanced organization." Therefore, they expressed their strong wishes to the delegations of * * *:

"Unite the factional organizations in various provinces and win their help."

"To go to Russia, ... to fully understand capitalism," I will go back and forth to Sichuan and apply what I have learned in Russia to our organization. "

This report entitled "Report of Productive Organizations in Chongqing, Sichuan Province" was written around 1920. It was a report by four leaders of "Chongqing Production Organization of Sichuan Province" to the * * * international delegation that was guiding the party building activities of * * * production in China at that time. The full text consists of seven parts: first, the modern history of Sichuan; Second, the task of our organization; Third, the history of our organization; Fourth, the organization of our organization; V. Number of members; Sixth, exercise; Seven, the development of our organization.

Judging from the Chongqing report, this report has clearly claimed that it is a * * * production organization so far. Compared with other early organizations in China, it was established at the earliest time, especially when the production of * * * did not depend on international help, and it was established independently by a group of young people who supported Marxism in Chongqing, a remote place in southwest China.

The "First National Congress" document was verified by He Dong.

After the "No.1" archives, including the Chongqing Report, returned to China, in order to verify the authenticity of these archives, with the help of the Marx and Engels Works Compilation Bureau of the Central Office of China, the preparatory office of the Central Archives translated these Russian versions into Chinese, and together with the English translation, compiled the Chinese Manifesto of the China * * * Producer Party, which was published in the internal confidential journal edited by the Secretariat of the Central Office with 1958.

After reviewing the Manifesto of the Producers' Party of China (Report on the Party HistoryNo. 1), President Mao Zedong gave an instruction on June 3, 1958: "It is a pipe dream to mention only the socialist revolution and not the anti-imperialist and anti-feudal democratic revolution. As the program of socialist revolution, it is basically correct. But owning land is not right. I didn't expect the peaceful transition of national capital. I didn't expect that the revolutionary form was not a general strike, but a people's liberation war led by the * * * production party, which was basically a peasant war. " Mao Zedong's instructions indirectly proved the authenticity of these documents brought back from * * * production international.

1August 5, 959, the office of the preparatory office of the Central Archives sent Chen and Li Ling to send three translated documents about "a university" to Comrade Dong, and asked the representative of a university to personally identify them. A month later, on September 5th, 1959, Dong wrote a personal letter: "I read the report of Party History No.6 and 10 that you sent: the first congress of China * * * production party, the first resolution of China * * * production party, and the first production party of China * * *. This shows that, as a witness of the establishment of China * * * producer, Dong recognized the authenticity of these three * * * "One Big" files, and indirectly proved the authenticity of these files brought back from * * * producer international.

Subsequently, the Central Archives conducted an in-depth study of a large number of early historical archives in China, and concluded: "The above materials are enough to confirm Comrade Dong's judgment that the first program of China's * * * production party is' relatively reliable'."

196 1 The Central Archives also translated into Chinese the reports organized by producers in Chongqing, Sichuan Province, producers in Beijing and producers' party in Guangzhou. After careful research and textual research, 1982, the Central Archives published these files internally in the name of "Archives of the First National Congress of China * * * Production Party". These include The First Program of Producer Party of China, The First Resolution of Producer Party of China, The First National Congress of Producer Party of China, Report of Producer Party of Beijing, Report of Producer Party of Guangzhou and Report of Producer Organization of Chongqing, Sichuan. And "Comrade Dong's Reply to Comrade He Shuheng on the First National Congress" (1929 65438+February 3 1), "Comrade Dong's Reply to the Central Archives on Appraising the Documents of the First National Congress" (1September 5, 959) and "Chen Tanqiu: China * *".

On this basis, the Central Archives confirmed the report of Chongqing * * * production organization, which became a part of the archives of the first national congress of China * * *.

The unsolved mystery of Chongqing report

Over the past decades, academic circles have made great progress in studying the founding history of China's * * * production party by using the archives of these * * * international delegations, and the research on early * * production party organizations in Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan, Changsha, Jinan and Guangzhou has been generally clear. However, the "Chongqing Production Organization of Sichuan Province" is still at a loss, and the research on the Chongqing report is still fruitful. The main problems are as follows: First, there is no Sichuan representative in the First National Congress; Second, few people have witnessed the archives and documents of "Chongqing Productive Organization in Sichuan Province"; Thirdly, except for a few scholars in Beijing, Sichuan and Chongqing, there are few researchers and there is no major breakthrough in the research progress, so that the "productive organization in Chongqing, Sichuan Province" is still called "a sphinx mystery in the local party history of Sichuan, a Goldbach conjecture" and even "the last mystery in the creation history of China".

These fogs are mainly: Who is the author of the report? Where on earth was this report written? When was the report written? Who is the report submitted to? How did the report reach * * * International? What is the connection between "Chongqing * * * Production Organization in Sichuan Province" and the establishment of China * * * Production Party? The organization's establishment time, membership, organizational nature, regional distribution, establishment process, principal responsible persons, relations with * * * production international, relations with China * * * production party and its early organizations, and its own characteristics, etc.

On the occasion of commemorating the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Party, as an important topic in the history of China's * * * production party, the study of "Chongqing's * * * production organization report" is once again before us, expecting to be completely solved.
