A circumcision is required. Paraphimosis means that the foreskin covers the urethral opening, but can be turned up to expose the urethral opening and glans penis. However, this is often accompanied by phimosis. Phimosis means that the foreskin opening is narrow or the foreskin is in contact with the penis. Adhesion of the glans penis prevents the foreskin from turning up and exposing the urethral opening and glans penis. Because the foreskin cannot be turned up due to phimosis, a lot of pollution may accumulate in the foreskin and even stones may appear, causing foreskin balonitis and external urethral stomatitis. Excessive foreskin can lead to sexual dysfunction and even affect ejaculation. Some may develop prostatitis and then lead to infertility. Prepuce can be divided into true prepuce and false prepuce. True hyperphimosis means that the glans cannot be fully exposed even after the penis is erect; false hyperphimosis means that the glans cannot be fully exposed at ordinary times, but it can be fully exposed after the penis is erect.
