As shown in the figure, the property panel will pop up after the shape is completed, and you can set corresponding values in the property panel. If you need to transform something, switch the tool directly to the pen tool (shortcut key P), hold down ctrl, and the mouse will turn into a white arrow. At this point, click the anchor point to edit, move and change the radian angle, just like the pen tool. If you need to change several anchor points together, you can hold down ctrl to draw a rectangular selection box, frame several anchor points to be changed, and then ctrl+T can freely change.
