The contents include itinerary planning, scenic spot recommendation, road guidance, etc. Michelin Red Classic (also known as Michelin Red Guide) gives the restaurant a star every year.
On June 6th, 2020, Michelin Guide 202 1 Beijing was officially released. Among them, there are 2 Michelin three-star restaurants, 2 Michelin two-star restaurants and 26 Michelin one-star restaurants. Also announced are 5 1 Michelin Plate Restaurant and 17 bibendum Restaurant.

Michelin stars are judged by a group of screened "food spies", who are called "inspectors".
