Elbow manufacturing method
The manufacturing method of the elbow is as follows:

First, the material is hot pressed. The fader is a trumpet-shaped core head or mandrel, and the mandrel changes from thin to thick. The process of pushing the elbow is a process of bending the expansion belt. There is a bracket at the back, and the blanking pipe section is inserted into the mandrel. There is an arch fixed mandrel at the back. There is a cart in the middle. Some cars are driven by hydraulic or mechanical transmission, that is, lead screws, and then push the cars forward. The trolley pushes the pipe forward along the mandrel, and there is a trolley outside the mandrel.

Second, finishing process: after shot peening, remove the iron scale on the inner and outer surfaces of the elbow, and weld the two ends with slots.

Third, first of all, we should choose the specifications and propose pipes, such as 90-degree elbows. Through its curvature, we can calculate the length that the material can be processed into a 90-degree elbow, and then use this length as a fixed length for cutting.

Fourth, after pushing, the elbow should be reshaped in this hot state, because some elbows will be deformed if not handled properly, which is not allowed. In addition, the outer diameter of the rear front end of the pusher is generally large, so it needs to be shaped with a shaping die. Plastic mold is actually a press, it should have a set of molds, two semi-circular arcs, one above and one below. After molding, the outer diameter reaches the size of the finished product.
