The technical steps when cutting fabric are as follows:
1. First, use cardboard to measure the body shape.
2. Then place the cardboard on the fabric and draw the shape.
3. Use a ruler to measure the size.
4. Cut it out with scissors.
5. In this way, the shape of the cloth will be cut.
After the fabric is processed and rolled, it needs to be transported, cut, etc. many times. The warp and weft of the fabric will shift diagonally based on the parallelogram principle, which makes it difficult to cut straight, causing things at the final seam to be twisted.
Cloth cutting is a delicate project. In fact, it is not a metaphysics that can only be mastered with more practice, but a technical job. Good trousers cutting is a very necessary first step. The fabric needs to be shaped and ironed to make it smooth, so you can really cut as much as you want. Specific methods include complete soaking method and water vapor method.
Completely soaked means that the fabric is thick and straight, put it directly into the water, rinse it gently and then hang it until it is semi-dry (do not twist it by hand or spin it dry). Don't use it if you don't understand the properties of the fabric. It will be difficult to handle if it deforms or discolors.
For fabrics that don’t understand the properties, or fabrics that don’t need to be put into the water. Spray a layer of water mist evenly on it, then fold it up and put it in a large clean plastic bag, and let it rest for 1 or 2 hours. Let the water vapor be evenly distributed and make the fabric moist.
