If it's paste, it'll be fine if you wash it off.

Ordinary liquid glue should be no problem, and there will definitely be no scars.

If it is 502 corrosive glue, it is even more serious. You'd better go to the hospital, it will agglomerate and peel off when you take it off. There are usually no scars, but they will be more serious in your eyes. You should go and have a look.

When I was a child, I used to stick 502 on my hands when I was playing model airplanes, and my hands were not very skinned, hehe. But it will be fine when it grows back. No scars.
