1, reconcile curiosity
Located in the south of the western end of Xiyanglou Scenic Area, it is the first European-style water law (fountain) hall built in the autumn of 175 1 (the 16th year of Qianlong). The main building has three floors, three on the top floor, seven on the first and second floors, and nine curved corridors in front of the building are connected with the octagonal hall on the second floor.
It is a place where Chinese and western musical instruments are played for the emperor. To the south of the building is a large Haitang fountain, which is equipped with a fountain composed of copper sheep, copper duck and western fish. There is also a fountain pool in A Man Called Autumn Flower in the north of the building.
The water supply building of the fountain is in the northwest of Heqi Canal, which is called the water storage building. Use mules to pull the waterwheel, hang the water to the reservoir upstairs, play the role of a water tower, and then bet on the fountain mechanism with copper pipes. 1753 (18th year of Qianlong), Portuguese envoy Bazege watched the wonders of water law here.
2. Haitangtang
Haiyan Hall consists of the main building and the I-shaped water storage building behind it, which is the largest garden landscape in Europe. The main building of Haiyan Hall faces west, with eleven rooms above and eleven rooms below. There are overlapping spray cans on the left and right of the building door, and there is a big fountain at the bottom.
On the left and right sides of the pool are eight-shaped bronze statues of human and animal heads in the zodiac (bronze statues of animal heads in Yuanmingyuan). Twelve hours every other day and night, the zodiac takes turns spraying water. At noon, twelve bronze statues were sprayed with springs at the same time. These bronze statues were designed by westerners.
3. The flood law
Dashuifa Site is a part of the Western Building in Yuanmingyuan, Beijing. The main scene of Xiyanglou Scenic Area is an artificial fountain, which is called "water method" and is characterized by a large number, great momentum and strange conception.
It mainly forms three large fountain groups: Harmony and Curiosity, Haiyan Hall and Dashuifa, which are quite interesting and the essence of Chinese and Western cultures. Dashuifa is adjacent to Haiyan Hall in the west, located at the intersection of the north-south main axis of Changchun Garden and the east-west axis of Xiyang Building, which is the most spectacular European fountain landscape in the park.

It is inferred that it should be an old object of Yuanmingyuan. It was originally the residence of a senior official in the Qing Dynasty. It belongs to Yue Ganzhai, manager of salt bank in the Republic of China, and has been the dormitory of the People's Liberation Army since the founding of the People's Republic of China.
6, line method wall
On the Yuanmingyuan Line, to the east of Fashan is the Fanghe River and the Line Wall. There are five parallel brick walls in the north and south of the line wall, and oil painting sets are hung, called Xicheng Street Building and Aksu Ten Scenes.
7. Square appearance
Fang Mao was built in the 24th year of Qianlong (1759). It is a small palace in European style, with three bays covered with marble engraved with palindrome patterns, but the roof is modeled after the double-eaves and four-slope blue glazed tile roof in China, with three upper and lower rooms and semicircular stone steps leading to the second floor on both sides.
8. Yellow Flower Array
The Yellow Flower Array is a replica of the European maze, with a rectangular maze built outside and a west pavilion with a high platform and a round base in the middle. The square is 89 meters long from north to south and 59 meters wide from east to west. The total length of the array wall is1.600m, and the wall height is about1.2m.. Also called "flower array".
Low walls are built everywhere, short pines are planted around them, and pavilions are built in the middle. For fun, the emperor often ordered eunuchs to play hide-and-seek in the yellow flower array and sit on the pavilion to watch. The gate of Huanghua Garden is bell-shaped with two gates carved in brass.
In the center of the garden maze is a stone pavilion with western-style seats. The yellow flower array is modeled after the maze of Europe (like the maze of Versailles in Paris, France). The garden built by the building is divided into several mazes, and the brick wall is engraved with a pattern four feet high.
The Yellow Flower Array adopts the holistic gardening technique of France, which consists of a series of complex and changeable plant divisions, as well as a large-scale palace puzzle composed of fascinating traditional auspicious cartoon animals.

9.birdcage
Located on the east side of Huanghua Array in Yuanmingyuan, it is actually the west gate, built in 1759 (twenty-four years of Qianlong). The studio is the hall door, and birds such as peacocks are kept in the north and south houses, hence the name "birdcage".
The east of the birdcage is the west gate, and the west is the Chinese archway, which embodies the architectural style of the West Building Scenic Area. 1860 When the British and French allied forces burned the Yuanmingyuan, it was well preserved because of the marble structure in the east.
The China archway in the west was completely burned down. The marble building on the east side of the remnant birdcage, like other buildings in the West Building Scenic Area, was stolen by warlords and bandits when grabbing stones in Yuanmingyuan, and it has become today's situation over time.
