Sun Yixian Eye Center of Sun Yat-sen University has two campuses, namely Zhujiang New Town Campus and Ouzhuang Campus (with 24-hour emergency), and the clinical departments of ophthalmology in the two campuses are different.

Zhujiang New Town Campus mainly includes Cataract Department, Glaucoma Department, Corneal Department (including eye surface tear film disease specialist), fundus surgery, special medicine department, myopia laser treatment department, pediatric ophthalmology and ophthalmology, artificial intelligence and big data department.

The area is mainly composed of comprehensive outpatient department, refractive and low vision ophthalmology, immunology and uvea ophthalmology, plastic surgery ophthalmology, orbital diseases and oncology ophthalmology, trauma ophthalmology (including emergency) ophthalmology, emergency ophthalmology, strabismus and amblyopia ophthalmology and fundus ophthalmology.
