Lu Tong's "Seven Bowls of Tea Songs" is widely praised in Japan, and it has evolved into a Japanese tea ceremony that "moistens the throat, breaks loneliness, searches the heart, lightens sweat, clears bones and muscles, attracts fairies, and creates fresh air".
