Unlicensed black clinics lack the minimum qualification to practice medicine, which poses a great threat to patients in terms of sanitation and disinfection, standardized operation and safe medication, and there are a series of hidden dangers such as littering medical waste and disturbing medical order. Coupled with the current situation of high drugs in the contradiction period of medical reform, some residents chose to be greedy and cheap. Therefore, to rectify and ban black clinics requires comprehensive management and further accelerate the reform of China's medical and health system. On the one hand, when cracking down on black clinics, the health department should really publicize it in place, hold regular national health knowledge discussion activities, or further increase publicity through the Internet and print media, and educate community residents about the dangers of black clinics in an entertaining way, such as misdiagnosis, aggravation of illness, spread of infectious diseases, and unauthorized use of inferior medical equipment and drugs, so that the masses can consciously resist black clinics.
