(2) A closed oil tank is adopted, and an air filter with certain precision is installed at the mouth of the oil tank.

(3) During use, it should be protected from moisture and emulsification. Dust. Invasion of fiber sundries and other mechanical sundries.

(4) The oil quantity of hydraulic cone crusher should be appropriate. After the system piping and components are filled with oil, the amount of oil in the hydraulic oil tank should be kept within the specified oil level range.

(5) Components, pipelines and systems must be cleaned strictly before being put into use.

(6) When refueling, it must be strictly filtered. Check the oil filter frequently and replace it if it is dirty.

(7) Check the quality of hydraulic oil regularly and keep it clean. When checking the quality of hydraulic oil, mainly check the following three aspects:

(1) degree of oxidation In use, due to the change of temperature, oxygen and sunlight in the air will gradually be oxidized, thus changing its viscosity and other properties. The degree of oxidation is usually judged by the color and smell of hydraulic oil. If the color of hydraulic oil is dark brown and smells, it means it has been oxidized. The darker the brown color, the stronger the odor, indicating that the degree of oxidation is more severe. At this time, new oil should be replaced.

(2) Water content in hydraulic cone crusher oil. If water is mixed into hydraulic oil, it will reduce its lubricity and corrode metals. There are usually two ways to judge the degree of water mixed in hydraulic oil. One is based on its color and smell changes. If the color of hydraulic oil is milky white and the smell has not changed, it means that there is too much water mixed. Second, drop a small amount of hydraulic oil on the hot iron plate. If&; Ldquo beep &; The sound of rdquo means that it contains water. At this time, new oil should be replaced.

(3) In the case of impurities in hydraulic oil, after a period of mechanical work, take a few drops of hydraulic oil in your hand and twist it with your fingers to see if there are any metal particles, or observe whether there are any tiny bright spots in the sun. If there are more metal particles or bright spots, it proves that hydraulic oil contains more mechanical impurities. At this time, replace the hydraulic oil, or release the hydraulic oil to precipitate for at least 42h, and then use it after filtering.

(8) When replacing the hydraulic cone crusher oil, pay attention to release the hydraulic oil when it is hot when the machine has just finished working (it is easy to bring out mechanical impurities and oil stains). The specific measures are: control the working device to the highest position, turn off the engine, drain the oil cylinder completely by reducing its own weight, then thoroughly clean the oil tank and corresponding pipelines, and add new hydraulic oil.

(9) Clean the hydraulic system correctly. It is best to use hydraulic oil of the same brand as the cleaning fluid and used in the system. Never use kerosene or diesel oil as cleaning fluid. When cleaning, the flow rate should be as large as possible, so that the liquid flow in the pipeline is in a turbulent state, and the actions of various actuators are completed, so that pollutants are washed out from various pumps, alarms and hydraulic cylinders. After cleaning, the cleaning liquid is discharged in a hot state, and new working oil is added according to the oil change method.
