In recent months, I came to the painting production line for an internship. First, the monitor led me to the production line and gave us a serious explanation. Water, electricity and gas are essential for production. The water at the foot of the workshop is flowing. When the paint falls into the water, it will go to the corresponding place for treatment. After treatment, the water will be separated from the paint, and the water will circulate here. Of course there must be electricity. All machines need electricity to run. There will be gas in the workshop from top to bottom, mainly to make the paint fall on the surface of the car body well when painting. I understand that the purpose of painting is to protect, prevent corrosion, resist aging and all kinds of media, and it has a decorative function: it certainly gives people a beautiful visual experience, and its deeper function is the value function: the same object has different values due to different aesthetic qualities of painting, and it also has the conductivity of regulating heat, electricity and other energy and controlling the emission, absorption and reflection of sound waves and electromagnetic waves; The painting workshop is obviously different from the previous practice workshop. After two weeks of internship, I have a general understanding of the painting process. The car coming out of the body shop must first pass through the electrophoresis line, which can be called primer and mainly plays the role of rust prevention. After drying, it enters the gluing line, paving line and primer line, and then enters the electrophoresis polishing line after passing through the oven. Because the car is swimming in the paint of electrophoresis line, there will be many defects after coming out of many production lines, so polishing is necessary to prepare for the coming middle coating. Only one line in the middle coating line runs faster. When the car arrives here, the first thing to do is to prepare and spray anti-rust primer. The purpose is to blow clean the outer surface of the car, remove foreign matters, provide a good foundation for intermediate coating, and spray anti-rust primer on the ground leaking outside the iron plate to prevent premature corrosion. What the workers mainly do is to blow the left and right sides and the inside of the car door with high-pressure gas, and then clean the car organically with ostrich hair. After the preparatory work is completed, hand painting is carried out, including the door interior and the hood trunk cover, in order to improve the corrosion resistance and the bonding force with the coating. After the hand-drawing is completed, go to the robot to paint. There are ten robots that draw pictures, and they have done it twice. In the future, it will be manually overhauled and painted to improve the smoothness of the paint film surface and the appearance quality of the front and rear cabin surfaces. Workers should first check the painted parts on the body surface and inside the front and rear cabins, and touch up the defective parts. It is required that the surface of the touch-up paint part should be flat and smooth, and there should be no bad phenomena such as empty paint, insufficient paint and flowing paint. When the painting is finished, the car will enter the oven.

After the intermediate coating, the car will first enter the intermediate coating grinding line for manual grinding to repair the defects and prepare for the subsequent upper coating. After polishing, cars will collectively enter the color selection field, and cars with the same color will be arranged together to facilitate painting and paint replacement. When we reached the upper coating line, there were two production lines. The first thing to do is to prepare, blow clean the outer surface of the whole car, remove foreign bodies, and provide a good foundation for upper coating and painting. With the completion of manual painting, the car will enter the robot painting, with a total of eight painting robots. After completion, it is manual maintenance, and the content is roughly the same as that of Chinese painting.

After painting, the car will enter the oven, because the painting is water-based paint and the top coat is oily paint. In order to improve the adhesion, it must first enter the oven to dry. After drying, the car will be painted manually and then painted by the robot. There are six robots here, which were finally repaired manually. The process is basically the same as Chinese painting and painting.

I saw him talking and laughing with the receptionist, leaving some Anhui specialties and then leaving. Later, I heard that he was my master. Hey, it was Friday, and the master went to work normally. He asked me if I had ever worked before. The master said that a maintenance worker usually has to stay in the workshop for several years before he can become a maintenance worker.
