Move the wedge-shaped adjusting block upward through the wheel screw hole to loosen the brake shoe, or put a punch in the screw hole, push the hand brake lever from both sides, exit the friction plate, remove the brake drum, and then remove the spring and the automatic clearance adjusting lever.

3. During installation, there must be no oil stains on the brake drum and friction plate, and screw the roller of the automatic clearance adjusting lever to the end. The right brake lever is right-handed, and the left brake lever is left-handed. It can't be wrong.

4. Install the hand brake cable, brake shoe, tension spring below, clearance adjusting lever, support spring on the shoe and return spring on the upper part of the shoe, then rotate the roller to make the diameter of the shoe d = 178mm, then install the brake drum, lock the nut, and install the protective cover and wheel;

5. Finally, start the engine, step on the brake for about 50 times continuously, and then adjust the handbrake, that is, the maintenance is completed.
