(1) Basic conditions

(2) Job conditions
1. Candidates applying for the Chinese subject must have a Mandarin proficiency of Class II A or above, and other subjects must have a Class II B or above level.
2. In-service teachers should have more than three years of teaching experience and be under 35 years old (born after January 1, 1976). For particularly outstanding candidates (key teachers at the municipal level and above, subject leaders), the age can be appropriately relaxed to 38 years old (born after January 1, 1973).
3. 4. Recruitment Form
A combination of written examination and interview. Based on the written test scores, a shortlist of interview candidates will be determined from high scores to low scores in a certain ratio for the positions to be recruited (1:5 for fresh undergraduate graduates; 1:3 for in-service teachers). Those who do not need to take the written test will go directly to the interview. The list of candidates to be hired will be determined based on the interview scores, of which 20% will be given to speech and defense scores, and 80% will be taken from the basic teaching skills assessment.
5. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Online registration and qualification review
1. Candidates must log in to the Hefei Personnel Examination Network to register. The online registration time is from 9:00 on April 5, 2012 to 16:00 on April 11, 2012. Late registration will not be processed. Candidates must log in to the Hefei Personnel Examination Network from the day after personal registration to 16:00 on April 12 to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification review.
2. If you pass the preliminary review of qualifications, please pay the written examination fee according to the regulations through the Hefei Personnel Examination Network before 12:00 on April 13 (candidates who are exempt from the written examination do not need to pay the fee online). If you exceed the deadline, you will automatically give up your application. After the registration and payment is completed, if the ratio of the number of candidates for the post to the number of applicants is insufficient, the post will be canceled or reduced accordingly. Candidates applying for the canceled post can apply for other posts from 12:00 to 17:00 on April 13. Late application will be deemed as automatic abandonment of application.
3. Candidates should download and print the admission ticket from the Hefei Personnel Examination Network from April 18 to April 21, and take the written test with the admission ticket and their valid ID card at the time and location specified on the admission ticket.
(2) Written test
1. Written test: The written test is conducted in a closed-book format, with a total score of 100 points. The subjects are "Comprehensive Knowledge" and "Subject Professional Knowledge".
(1) "Comprehensive Knowledge": The content includes knowledge theories on education and teaching, educational laws and regulations, educational psychology knowledge, etc. No reference materials are specified. The full score is 100 points and accounts for 30% of the written test score. .
(2) "Subject Professional Knowledge": Mainly includes the "Curriculum Standards" of the reported discipline, subject professional knowledge, etc. No reference materials are specified, and the full score is 100 points, accounting for 70% of the written test score.

3. The written test scores are only used as a basis for qualifying for the interview and will not be taken into account. On April 28, the written test results (retained to 2 decimal places) and the interview shortlist will be announced on the Hefei Personnel Examination Network, the Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone Social Development Bureau website, the Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone Talent Network, and the Hefei 168 Middle School website. If multiple candidates have the same written test score, the score will be determined based on the score of "Subject Professional Knowledge".
(3) Qualification Review
Candidates shortlisted for interview (including candidates exempted from the written test) must first undergo a qualification review. You must bring your valid ID card, academic certificate, teacher qualification certificate, Mandarin proficiency certificate, and the originals and copies of certificates or documents that meet the registration requirements within the specified time. You must also bring the online printed registration form, your admission ticket, and your recent passport. 3 1-inch photos with the same background, and go to the designated location for qualification review (for fresh graduates whose college has not yet issued a graduation certificate, provide the original and copy of the "Graduate Recommendation Form"). Those who do not meet the recruitment requirements after the qualification review will be disqualified from the interview and will be reimbursed in equal amounts from the highest score to the lowest score in the written test. (4) Interview
1. The time and place of the interview shall be determined by the interview notice.
2. Interview method: mainly includes speech, defense and assessment of basic teaching skills. The speech and defense account for 20% of the total interview score, and the assessment of basic teaching skills accounts for 80% of the total interview score.

3. Based on the interview scores of the applicants (if the total scores are tied, the applicants’ basic teaching skills assessment scores will be used as the basis), according to the ratio of 1:1 according to the planned number of positions to be recruited, from the highest to the highest. The lowest score will determine the list of candidates to be hired.
4. If the ratio of the actual number of interviews to the number of candidates for the recruitment position is less than 2:1, the recruitment for the position will be cancelled.
(5) Inspection, publicity and physical examination
The Hefei 168 Rose Garden School Teacher Recruitment Leading Group will organize an inspection in accordance with the standards of having both ability and political integrity, and determine the preliminary Recruitment list and public announcement.
Candidates who are proposed to be employed after no objections are announced shall take a physical examination in accordance with the "Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination for Teacher Qualification Certification" (Wan Teacher [2011] No. 1), and the physical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves. 6. Labor relations and treatment
1. The recruitment of teachers will be governed by labor contracts. Signed a labor contract with Hefei 168 Rose Garden School. The initial contract period is set at 3 years and the probation period is 6 months. When the contract expires, the employee can be renewed and the contract re-signed upon mutual agreement; if the employee fails to pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period, the employment relationship will be terminated.
