Dalian, which belongs to Liaoning Province, is located on the east coast of Eurasia, at the southernmost tip of Liaodong Peninsula in northeast China, with east longitude 120 degrees 58 minutes, east longitude 123 degrees 3 1, 3843 minutes north latitude and 40 degrees north latitude 10 minutes, bordering the Yellow Sea in the east and the Bohai Sea in the west.

Jinzhou, a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province, is located in the southwest of Liaoning Province, at the eastern end of "Liaoxi Corridor", bounded by120 43' ~122 36' east longitude and 40 48' ~ 42 08' north latitude; It faces the Bohai Sea in the south and the Songling Mountains in the north.
