How to do a good job of inorganic fiber spraying engineering data
This thermal insulation fiber spraying project mainly consumes the following materials: spraying area of ceiling 1750m2 (subject to the actual construction area).

1, inorganic fiber cotton (TC/F- 16G/S), about 630 bales;

2. Spray about 63 barrels of special glue.

Fourth, the construction method

4. 1 scaffolding

4. 1. 1 According to the actual situation on site, as the floor height is only 4m, only 2m-high scaffolding is needed, and movable scaffolding is adopted for fiber spraying construction.

4.2 Hard thermal insulation fiber spraying project

4.2. 1, Preparation before spraying

4.2. 1. 1 surface treatment of sprayed substrate

1) If the foundation is obviously uneven, it needs to be trimmed to the extent that it will not affect the spraying operation.

2) Debris removal: Remove unnecessary nails, bolts and steel bars on the foundation surface. Remove surface materials with poor water resistance such as water-based coatings.

3) In principle, the lifting tools for pipelines, piping, wiring and other lines, as well as the opening operation of pipelines and the wooden frame around the opening should be completed before the installation of ancillary equipment projects. In addition, the covering work around the opening must be completed in advance.

4.2. 1.2 Preparation for spraying construction

1) Check with the drawings to determine the sprayed and unpainted parts of the fiber;

2) Arrange spraying machinery, adjust and check the main spraying machine, and keep stable and even operation;

3) Adjust and check the spray rubber pump to keep the pressure stable and uniform, and the main engine and the liquid pump system are jointly adjusted for local trial spraying.

4.2.2, construction process

Base pre-spraying-spraying construction-shaping-cleaning

1) Pre-spraying of the base layer: coating the surface of the base layer with adhesive or spraying its (glue solution) aqueous solution, and spraying after it has fully penetrated into the base layer;

2) Spraying construction: spray to a predetermined thickness at one time as required.

3) Shaping: The surface after surface treatment (shaping) with special pressure plate is fully sprayed with adhesive mixture.

4) Cleaning: cleaning the rebound materials on site; Removing protective shielding materials; Wipe and clean the finished product on the work surface.

3, spraying construction technology

1) Brush adhesive or spray its (glue solution) aqueous solution on the foundation surface, and spray it after it has fully penetrated into the foundation;

2) Ensure the uniform feeding of fiber cotton and the uniform and stable mixing speed;

3) The spraying thickness must be 60mm higher than the specified spraying thickness, and 8 mm should be pressed down while embossing the spraying surface with a special platen;

5) All materials must be sprayed in a fully mixed state;

6) After spraying, it must be thoroughly cleaned. Carefully remove the protective plastic sheets on the walls and ceilings, and pay attention to prevent the falling cotton from splashing when cleaning the protective sheets on the ground. Even the cotton left on the ground must be collected with a dustpan and cleaned up to a clean state before construction;

7) leveling the spraying part, that is, pressing the fiber with a pressing plate before curing;

8) After each spraying work, the nozzle must be carefully cleaned;

9) The sprayed thermal insulation fiber coating should be well ventilated, dried and maintained, and can be trimmed and decorated after curing for 72 hours;

10) The construction site after spraying shall be cleaned up in time, and the rebound materials shall be bagged and removed.

4.2.4, matters needing attention

1) The hard inorganic fiber spraying layer stored in the material is easy to be affected with damp, so it must be placed on special instruments or shelves at the construction site to prevent water from entering the ground; Cover with tarpaulin to avoid rainwater infiltration.

2) (TC/F- 16G/S) Special spray guns for inorganic fibers must be used.

3) When there is rain (water leakage) on the spraying surface of the wall and ceiling, construction cannot be carried out at this position. Water must be removed and waterproof and plugging should be carried out.

4) Openings and other positions that must be protected.

5) Before spraying granular cotton, all spraying surfaces must be sprayed with interfacial agent.

6) After spraying the granular cotton, the surface embossing must be processed with a special pressing plate, and the pressing down is 8 mm ... The internal angle and external angle must be handled properly.

7) The platen used for surface treatment (molding) of spray coating must use special tools for inorganic fiber spraying construction.

4.3 finished product protection measures

4.3. 1 finished product protection system

A) At all stages of the project, set up full-time finished product protection personnel to conduct on-site inspection at any time to protect finished products and facilities and deal with all kinds of violations and sabotage;

B) When this major touches the finished products of other majors in the construction process, it must report to the Project Management Department in written form. With the consent of the project management department, this major will send people to assist in the construction, and it will be restored to its original state after the construction is completed;

c)。 When making a plan, the project department should coordinate the requirements of various disciplines, make scientific and reasonable preparations, prevent the process from being reversed and unreasonable cross-construction, and avoid rework and cross-pollution.

4.3.2 finished product protection measures

This product has a small amount of fiber cotton rebound during spraying construction. In order to prevent pollution to other finished products, decorative surfaces, mechanical equipment and pipelines in the room. , shielding or package protection measures must be taken;

A) For finished products such as equipment on the ground and decorative ground, colored strips can be used for shielding and protection;

B) Used for wall decoration, small pendants, etc. Colored striped cloth can be hung on the wall from top to bottom for protection;

4.4 Quality standards

A) The overall appearance of the sprayed surface is uniform, and the surface coverage of each area is basically the same;

B) The appearance texture of the sprayed surface is natural and uniform, and the shape of the sprayed layer on the special-shaped part should be basically the same as that of the matrix;

C) When the spray coating is completely dried and solidified, the spray coating should not have obvious peeling, delamination, deformation, cracking and drift.

D) According to the regulations on the spraying thickness of each part, check the thickness by needling, and randomly select 3 ~ 5 parts per square meter for uniform distribution; Detect 5-8 key parts; Negative deviation is not allowed in the final average thickness.

E) In the process of spraying construction, it is confirmed that the environment in the operation area and the temperature of the sprayed substrate are not lower than 4℃ before spraying construction. When working in a low temperature environment, dry heat source should be used for artificial heating, so as to increase the ambient temperature and the temperature of spraying substrate to meet the minimum construction temperature requirements;

F) After spraying construction, shaping, supplementary spraying, trimming and inspection, clean up the rebound materials, repair parts and ground, and make the completed site clean and tidy;

G) Carry out the construction according to the provisions of Item 5 "Construction Method", and make a written record of the construction quality and self-inspection, which shall be signed by the person in charge of construction and the quality inspector;

H) Quality acceptance: the project supervision unit and Party A and Party B jointly complete the acceptance of sub-projects or sub-projects, and the three parties jointly issue corresponding acceptance records and acceptance reports, which shall be signed and filed by the acceptance personnel and responsible persons at all levels.
