The formwork system of this project adopts wood-shaped formwork. The advantages are convenient disassembly, smooth surface and easy seam treatment. The main materials are 18mm thick wood plywood, 50× 100 wood fang, φ48 steel pipe and bolt reinforcement.
Formwork and wooden Fang should be stacked in a dry place to avoid rain and exposure, and pay attention to waterproofing. The prepared template numbers should be stacked neatly. Formwork should be stacked horizontally during transportation, and reinforcement measures should be taken to avoid overturning and damage.
The structural formwork of this project mainly includes hat formwork, column formwork, beam slab formwork and stair formwork. The method is as follows:
A, pile caps, foundation beam template
The maximum plane size of the foundation cap of this project is 4900mm×8700mm, the maximum height is 1.5m, and the maximum buried depth is-2.5m. The template acquisition method is shown in the following figure:
Second, the column template
Template according to the column section size. The maximum column section size of this project is 700mm×700mm, and bedding face will be pressed when formwork is matched. At the interface of column and beam, the formwork is slotted, and the bottom of beam is connected with the side formwork by the edge of the slot, and the flat-fell seam is tight and flattened with a wooden Fang. The formwork is reinforced with steel pipe hoop, and the bolts are reinforced every 500 mm. The cylinder is 700mm in diameter, and the steel formwork is shaped, with 40×4 flat steel hoop with 500mm spacing, and the hoop is adjusted with bolts. Please refer to the figure below:
Third, the beam slab template
The order of blank holder should be considered in the configuration of beam bottom formwork, side formwork and plate formwork. Generally, beam bottom formwork is formed by beam side formwork, and beam side formwork is formed by plate. In order to prevent the bottom die and plate die from sagging due to gravity, for plates with a span of more than 4m and beams with a span of more than 6m, the mid-span arching of plates should be L/400 according to the design requirements.
Floor formwork shall be dismantled in bulk, and the template number shall be located. If a hole is made in the floor, the hole line should be laid out on the bottom die first, and then a hole-edge template should be set up on the bottom die, and the template should be reinforced with a wooden Fang as an internal support to prevent the hole pattern from deviating when pouring concrete. The elevation of bottom formwork should be strictly controlled, and the allowable deviation of formwork splicing should be controlled within the scope permitted by the specification. Formwork shall be supported and reinforced by full-house scaffolding with quick release system.
After the platform formwork and beam formwork are completed, cleaning openings shall be set to facilitate the cleaning of sundries on the formwork.
