Items that can be reimbursed in ICU include ECG monitoring fee, ventilator use fee, injection fee, medical treatment fee and other items in the medical insurance reimbursement catalogue. If the imported drugs used are not in the medical insurance reimbursement catalogue, they will not be reimbursed. The medical insurance catalogue is stipulated by the local social security bureau.
Reimbursement steps:
1. Pay the hospitalization deposit first. In the process of hospital examination, the outpatient department will pay by itself and settle in cash.
2. Before leaving the hospital, go through the medical insurance formalities at the hospital medical insurance office, and copy the hospital medical records, discharge summary, diagnosis certificate and other materials.
3. Go through the discharge formalities, settle the accounts, and get it to audit notice in five working days.
4. After receiving the notice, check out in the inpatient department again. The hospital will deduct the reimbursement from the original hospitalization deposit, and the hospitalization balance and the money paid by itself will be returned to the inpatients.
