Fanjingshan tribute tea is a specialty of Yinjiang County, tongren city, Guizhou Province. It originated from "Tuanlong tribute tea" and has a history of 500 to 600 years. It is a kind of baked green tea, which is mainly produced in Yongyi Tea Farm in Fanjing Mountain, Guizhou Province.
Ming's "Chai's Genealogy" records: "Yongle is a new recipient, and the toast presents a group of Long Ming, which is a great joy and a pet." Therefore, it is tribute tea in Yongle period of Ming Dynasty.
Fanjingshan tribute tea is made by picking bud leaves, deactivating enzymes, shaping and frying. The color is bright green, hairy, the soup is green and clear, the fragrance is rich and lasting, and the taste is fresh and cool.
The contents of amino acids, protein and tannic acid in Fanjingshan tribute tea are high, and it is also rich in trace elements such as selenium and zinc which are necessary for human body. It is nutritious, and has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic materials, reducing blood fat and losing weight, preventing cancer and resisting aging.
Tuan long gong cha
Fanjingshan Tuanlong tribute tea is produced in Tuanlong Village, Yongyi Township, Yinjiang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County, at the foot of Shanxi in Fan Jing. It is 42km away from Yinjiang County and 5km away from Fan Jing Huguo Temple. This is the only place to go to western Fan Jing.
Tuanlong Village has a unique ecological environment, which is surrounded by clear springs deep in Fanjing Mountain. It is known as "Longevity Village" because of its perennial fog and rich negative oxygen ions. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the green tea produced by Tuanlong was a tribute designated by the imperial court. Tuanlong's main products "Fan Jingshan Cuifeng", "Fan Jingshan Foguang Tea" and "Tuanlong Gongcha" won many gold medals and were awarded the protection of national geographical indication products.
