It's not normal if it's just out of the shell. Is there a lack of sawdust in it, which causes the tiger skin to roll to other places when walking?

It is suggested to pad more sawdust, otherwise the mother bird will only care about this little tiger skin and ignore other eggs that have not hatched, otherwise those eggs will be difficult to hatch if they are heated unevenly.
