The temperature of the water-fixing pot is 120℃ to 140℃. When the pot temperature drops to 90℃ to 100℃, the water-fixing leaves begin to roll. Cutting strips in the original pot, and controlling the temperature at 80-100℃; When setting, the pot temperature is 50℃~ 65℃, and after cooling, the fragrance is added; When the aroma is lifted, the temperature of the pot is raised to 80℃, and after the tea leaves are heated as a whole, the temperature of the pot is raised to 1 10℃, and the tea leaves can be taken out. All the above processes can be replaced by machinery.
