1. Material: spring steel wire with diameter of φ 2 ~ 2.5 mm (φ 2.3 is the best) and brand of "6 W-Mn". Too thin to insert, too thick to increase the total weight, and dozens of sets are too heavy to carry up the mountain.
2. Gantry size: There are two structures: integrated and split.
3. heat treatment after finishing: 35℃ ~ 38℃, heat preservation for one hour, then natural cooling in the furnace, and finally plastic correction and painting (black or brown is the best).
second, the production of the ferrule:
1. Material: nylon winding (black or brown) used in the street shoe patching mill or fishing line of "Fishing Lang" brand can be cut into a single line with a length of 58mm.
2. Fold several single wires in half, tie a knot with a loop buckle of about φ Φ2mm, and then twist it into a single ferrule with a diameter of φ 1 ~ 1.2mm..
3. Make the strands into a number of φ Φ8mm single ferrules.
4. set the finished single sleeve.
III. Assembly:
After assembling the left and right portal frames as shown in the figure, install the ferrules in turn. As shown in the figure, two sets of ferrules overlap each other to be 1/3 of the diameter, which is beneficial to improve the success rate. Most of me use two ferrules to cover the chicken neck at the same time, which is not easy to run away. This layout is my experience for many years and is expected to be used for reference. There is also a rule of thumb, that is, before tying the ferrule to the gantry, put a little oil on the steel wire beam. When gluing is fixed, turn the gluing place of the ferrule a few times while the glue is not solidified, and remember not to hang it with the steel wire, which is beneficial to shaping and position adjustment in future use.
