Clinical application of needle knife therapy
The indications are mainly soft tissue injury and osteoarthrosis.

1. Cervical spondylosis: cervical muscle strain, cervical disc herniation, cervical hyperosteogeny, and cervical spondylosis.

2. Lumbar diseases: chronic lumbar muscle strain, third lumbar transverse process syndrome, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar hyperosteogeny, lumbar syndrome, fatigue periostitis and spinal related diseases.

Osteoarthropathy: lateral epicondylitis of humerus (tennis elbow), stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor tendon (snapping fingers), heel pain (heel spur), soft tissue injury, epiphysis and proliferative arthritis.

4. Soft tissue injury: chronic soft tissue injury, acute attack of old soft tissue injury and some acute soft tissue injuries.

5. Traumatic bursitis, tenosynovitis and myofascitis.

6. Neuralgia: peripheral nerve entrapment syndrome, bone fiber tube entrapment syndrome.

7. Some diseases in internal medicine, bone surgery, anorectal surgery and plastic surgery.
