(also known as Yang Jie), female, born in Changsha, China, June 1962+0 1. 1986 graduated from capital university of economics and business, Beijing with a master's degree in economics. He has taught in many universities in China. 1986- 1996, lecturer (1989), associate professor (1994), associate professor and professor (1996 ~ 200/kloc), School of Economics and Management, Guangdong University of Technology Since 2002, he has been a professor at the School of Management of Sun Yat-sen University in China.

During my work in National University of Defense Technology, I taught the course of economic development strategy for department-level leading cadres for ten years in a row, and I was one of the most popular teachers among students. I was awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Teacher of Provincial Cadre Education" and was once rated as "Women's Model Worker" of National University of Defense Technology. In addition, he also teaches quantitative economics courses for doctoral students majoring in systems engineering. During my work in Guangdong University of Technology, I taught international marketing, decision analysis and other courses for undergraduates and graduate students. At present, he teaches MBA, IMBA and MPM in the School of Management of Sun Yat-sen University, and is the evaluation professor of doctoral dissertations of management in Shanghai Jiaotong University, Nanjing University, Jinan University and Peking University.

The research direction involves the discipline direction of enterprise management, management science and engineering, mainly including "decision management and decision analysis", "management decision support system" and "human resource management". Over the years, I have been studying the theories and methods of planning, evaluation and decision analysis of many different background management systems, especially government management, enterprise management and human resource management systems. In recent years, I have been committed to providing effective policy evaluation and decision analysis basis for the management of government departments, enterprises and institutions. The research features pay attention to the organic integration of multiple disciplines, and also pay attention to pushing theoretical achievements into practical application. He has presided over major soft science projects of China Guangdong Provincial Government and Guangzhou Municipal Government, and presided over many domestic large and medium-sized enterprise management research projects. He has considerable theoretical foundation and practical experience in decision-making planning, investment decision-making management, strategic development decision-making, human resource management practice, marketing plan planning, website preparation and implementation, etc.

Over the years, he has published more than 100 academic papers and more than 10 books and teaching materials in academic magazines at home and abroad. 1995 won the first prize of "Excellent Teaching Achievements" at the ministerial level of China Science, Technology and Industry Committee for National Defense, the first prize of outstanding achievements in national enterprise management modernization in 2003, the second prize of innovative achievements in national enterprise management modernization in 2004, and the silver prize of the first national human resource management award in 2005. The research case of human resource management of expressway Development Co., Ltd., which he presided over, became one of the cases with the highest click-through rate in China. At present, he is the decision-making management consultant of Guangdong Provincial Government, Guangzhou Municipal Government and Guangzhou Dongshan District Government, the expert of major decision-making demonstration of Guangdong Provincial Government Development Research Center, the expert of sustainable development thematic planning demonstration of Guangdong Province, and also the decision-making management consultant and human resource management consultant of many enterprises.

From 2003 to 2004, MBA and graduate students participated in the Global Management Challenge (GMC) as coaches. Blizzard Team of School of Management, Sun Yat-sen University won the 8th China GMC National Championship in 2003 and the 2nd1GMC World Championship in 2004. In 2005, he was awarded the "GMC Academic Works Publication Special Contribution Award" by GMC China Organizing Committee. Now, the three academic works about GMC have not only become the designated training courses in China and Asia, but also been recommended by GMC International Organizing Committee and recognized as the designated training courses in global competition areas since 2006.
