First of all, you must be hospitalized in Xinhua County Hospital. The doctor thinks that your illness must be transferred to Xiangya, and then you can issue a transfer application form, which will be approved and sealed by Xinhua Medical Insurance Bureau, and then you can transfer to Xiangya Hospital. After seeing the doctor, you can take the invoice and hospitalization drug details to Xinhua Medical Insurance Bureau for reimbursement.
