What are the processes of aluminum profiles?
Aluminum profile processing is divided into finished product processing and semi-finished product processing. The processing methods of finished aluminum profiles include cutting, punching, tapping and milling. Semi-finished processing of aluminum profiles refers to processing aluminum ingots into aluminum profiles.

Aluminum profile processing, using plastic processing methods to process aluminum ingots into materials, the main methods are extrusion, forging, oxidation, straightening and so on.

extrusion forming

Aluminum profiles are produced by extruding aluminum ingots through dies, so the specifications of aluminum profiles extruded by different dies are different. The required product model is portrayed by the mold, and the semi-finished aluminum is poured into the mold and extruded by the extruder. Conventional aluminum profile dies are available, but non-standard aluminum profile dies need to be customized, which is one of the reasons why the delivery time of non-standard aluminum profiles is longer than that of conventional aluminum profiles.

Second, casting molding

Liquid aluminum is used in the first process of processing aluminum products by casting technology to cast the required products.

Oxidation treatment

After passing the test, the aluminum profile needs to be oxidized before it can be used. Because of the strong corrosion resistance and easy oxidation of aluminum, the surface of aluminum products should be treated to increase the wear resistance and corrosiveness of aluminum profiles.

(4) smelting out impurities

The impurity removal process of smelting furnace can ensure better performance of products.

Five ingredients to improve the hardness of products

Because aluminum itself is a soft material, we need to add some other things to produce the products with higher hardness that everyone needs.

Six straightening

The flatness of aluminum profiles affects whether aluminum profiles meet the standards or not, and also affects the use of equipment frames. The straightness of aluminum profiles we produce is up to standard and can stand the test.
